Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 9th, 2026

Returns

You may request a return within 30 Days of your delivery date. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original sealed condition. 

How to Start a Return

Email Contact@Betcardgame.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll reply with instructions and, where applicable, a return address. Please don’t send items back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a damage or our error, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive items shipped without tracking.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. Email us at Contact@Betcardgame.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No return shipping required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible. We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet shipped.
